Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1 cup quick oats
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder

 

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix all ingredients until thoroughly combined.
  3. Spoon small balls of dough on to prepared baking sheet. Leave room for dough to spread.
  4. Bake until edges are golden brown and center is set, about 8 minutes.
  5. Cool before removing from parchment paper and enjoy.
